Resumen de Análisis de la calidad de las paginas Webs sobre el virus del Papiloma Humano

Justificación: Cada vez más los usuarios recurren a Internet en busca de información sobre cuestiones de salud. Dada la importancia que se le esta dando actualmente al llamado virus del papiloma humano (VPH) para la salud de las mujeres, es importante analizar la información que aparece en Internet sobre ello. Objetivos: Analizar la información sobre VPH que existe en las diferentes paginas webs; Analizar si la información ofrecida a través de Internet es adecuada para los usuarios. Metodología: Estudio transversal. Se encontraron 20 paginas webs que cumplían los criterios planteados, el resto de paginas rastreadas durante la búsqueda no cumplían dichos criterios y por lo tanto se descartaron a la hora de valorarlas. Se ha utilizado un cuestionario para evaluar sitios webs sanitarios validados, el "Cuestionario para evaluar sitios webs sanitarios según criterios europeos�. Resultados principales: Las cifras oscilan entre la 13 la puntuación mas baja (nº18) y la puntuación mas alta 27 (nº11). Conclusiones: Aunque en general las páginas cumplen con sus objetivos, aún hay aspectos mejorables. El formato de los contenidos ayuda a fomentar el consumo por parte de los profesionales ofreciendo una información clara, sencilla y comprensible. Rationale: Increasingly, clients use the Internet for information on health issues. Given the importance that is being given currently to the virus called human papillomavirus (HPV) for women's health, it is important to analyze the information in Internet about it. Objectives:
Analyze the information about HPV that exists in different web pages; to determine whether the information provided via the Internet is suitable for users. Methods: Cross sectional study. There were 20 web pages that meet the criteria set, the rest of pages tracked during the search did not meet these criteria and thereforewere discarded when valuing.
