    El objeto de este trabajo es el estudio del pronombre personal sujeto y los problemas que se detectan en la traducción de textos procedentes del latín, italiano, portugués, francés, inglés y alemán al español. El autor se centra, sucesivamente, en la caracterización del pronombre a la luz de las aportaciones de la teoría lingüística, en la ausencia o presencia del pronombre personal sujeto en el esquema sintagmático oracional del español y sus implicaciones sintáctico-estilísticas, y, por último, en el análisis e interpretación de la organización de los sistemas lingüísticos indicados para la adecuada traducción de los diferentes tipos de textos en cuya estructura figure o no el pronombre personal sujeto al nuestro.

    The object of this work is the study of the subject personal pronoun and the problems detected in the translation of texts proceeding from Latin, Italian, Portuguese, French, English and German into Spanish. The author focuses, successively, on the characterization of the pronoun related to the contributions of the linguistic theory, on the absence or on the presence of the personal pronoun on the sentential syntagmatic scheme of Spanish and his syntactic-stylistic implications, and, finally, on the analysis and interpretation of the organization of the linguistic systems indicated for the adequated translation of the different types of texts in whose structure appears or not the subject personal pronoun into ours.
