    El artículo presentado tiene como objetivo sistematizar en los principales aspectos epistemológicos de algunas teorías clásicas de la sociología. Para esto, se utiliza la técnica revisión de documentos y se abordan, no sólo las diversas concepciones acerca de la realidad social y del objeto de estudio de esta disciplina, sino, el deber ser en cuanto a la posición del sujeto investigador ante la realidad y los métodos de investigación concebidos por las diferentes escuelas. En esencia, los resultados obtenidos muestran las características de determinadas formas de producción del conocimiento desde la sociología, que resultan imprescindibles para comprender las producciones sociológicas contemporáneas.

    The presented article has as purpose to systematize the principal epistemologies aspects about some of the classic theories of sociology. To fulfill this task, the document checking technique was applied and was considered, not only the diverse conceptions about social reality and the study�s object of this discipline, but also, the appropriate behavior in relation with the position of the researcher before the real facts and the investigation methods the different school used. In fact, the results that were obtained show the characteristics of determined ways of knowledge production from sociology, resulting essential to comprehend the contemporary sociologic productions.
