    El tema principal del articulo es una cuestión de actualidad: el debate sobre la integración de las enseñanzas artísticas superiores en el sistema universitario español o la creación de un espacio propio para estas enseñanzas. El objetivo principal sería explicar como factor clave la situación del profesorado de las enseñanzas superiores de danza, y las posibilidades que plantea el espacio europeo de educación superior junto con las posibles consecuencias de la reciente sentencia del Tribunal Supremo. La metodología utilizada es autobiográfica y subjetiva, pues es más un articulo de opinión que un escrito científico. Los resultados se basan en diferentes posibilidades para la acreditación del profesorado por la ANECA (Agencia Nacional de Evaluación de la Calidad y Acreditación) .

    The main topic of this article is a matter of high interest at the moment: the debate about whether to integrate the artistic studies within the Spanish university system or to create a new and separate space for these disciplines. It will focus, as a key factor in this matter, on the special situation for the teaching staff of Higher Dance Studies, and the possibilities which the European Higher Education Area offers as well as the possible consequences of the recent Supreme Court sentence. The approach will be autobiographic and based on my own experience thus subjective, for this is more an opinion article than a scientific one. The conclusions are based on the different possibilities for the accreditation for the professors by the ANECA (National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation of Spain).
