Resumen de Effect of polyvinyl alcohol on efficiency of solar cells

In this paper polyvinyl alcohol deposited on (p-n) junction solar cells by using Spray pyrolysis method at 70 ºC substrate temperature. I- V characteristic showed that the coating with polyvinyl alcohol can effect on efficiency of the (p-n) junction solar cells at AM1 condition. The maximum value of the conversion efficiency in case coating with polyvinyl alcohol is 10.6.
