Resumen de Trascendencia del uso de las redes sociales y el BlackBerry Messenger en la mundialización de disturbios civiles en Oriente Medio, Europa y Norteamérica

Se reflexiona en torno a los disturbios civiles suscitados en diciembre de 2010 en la llamada primavera árabe, extendidos a varios países europeos.
Las herramientas tecnológicas utilizadas por los grupos juveniles beligerantes para convocar las actividades eran manipuladas desde las redes sociales y la aplicación Messenger Móvil del teléfono BlackBerry. Es una investigación de tipo cualitativo con revisión autoral, fuentes hemerográficas y electrónicas. Se visualiza el potencial de las redes sociales y del Messenger móvil como generadores de matrices de opinión; se analiza si la decisión de control tomada por algunos países involucrados fue la más acertada dado el potencial y alcance que éstas tienen con tan sólo escribir un texto y tocar la tecla de envío a un contacto en lista.

A reflection is generated about the civil riots lived since December 2010 in the so called Arabian spring, extended to some European countries. The technological tools used by the belligerent juvenile groups to organize and call activities were manipulated from the social networks and the weblication Mobile Messenger (PIN) incorporated to the phone device Blackberry. It is a qualitative research with authors reviews, electronic and hemerographic sources.It is visualized the potential of the social networks and the Mobile messenger to generated thematic matrices; it is also analyzed if the control taken by the different governments was the best decision regarding the potential and reach that these nets have just by writing a text and touch the send key to a contact from the list.
