Resumen de Mantenimiento preventivo para los tornos convencionales en el Departamento de Mecánica del IUTC

  La investigación tuvo como objetivo la elaboración de un plan de mantenimiento preventivo para los tornos convencionales del taller de máquinas y herramientas en el departamento de mecánica del IUTC. Las bases teóricas fueron tomadas de Newbrough (2002), Duffuaa (2002), y Nava (2001). La metodología fue de carácter descriptivo, proyectivo y de campo, para la cual se seleccionó una población de 05 sujetos, todos pertenecientes al taller de máquinas y herramientas. Como instrumento de recolección de datos se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta, con un instrumento tipo cuestionario. Para el análisis de los resultados se utilizaron tablas y gráficos con distribución de frecuencias, los cuales reflejaron la situación actual del mantenimiento preventivo de los tornos convencionales, la evaluación de partes y componentes, y los requerimientos para controlar el funcionamiento del equipo. Se concluye que un plan de mantenimiento preventivo es un conjunto estructurado de tareas que comprende las actividades, los procedimientos, los recursos y la duración necesaria para su realización.

  The investigation had like objective the elaboration of a plan of preventive maintenance for the conventional winches of the factory of machines and tolos in the departement of mechanics of the IUTC. The theoretical bases were taken from Newbrough (2002), Duffuaa (2002), and Nava (2001). The methodology was of descriptive, projective caracter and of field, for which a population of 05 subjects, all pertaining to the factory of machines and tools selected itself. As instrument of data collection were applied the technique of the survey, with an instrument type questionnaire. For the analysis of the results and graphs with frequency allocation were used, which reflected the present situation of the preventive maintenance of the conventional winches, the evaluation of parts and components, and the requirements to control the operation of the equipamiento. One concludes that a plan of preventive maintenance is a structured set of tasks that includes/understands the activities, the procedures, the resources and the necessary duration for its accomplishment.
