Resumen de Algunos sofismas en la historiografía sobre pueblos paleohispánicos

  En una línea de trabajo combinada, de índole histórico-filológica, los firmantes del capítulo venimos investigando la realidad inherente a ciertos pueblos paleohispánicos en el marco de las fuentes clásicas apropiadas. En tal sentido, presentamos aquí una síntesis de los resultados obtenidos y avanzamos perspectivas de estudio en el ámbito mencionado, donde cobra importancia el criterio metodológico que atiende básicamente a dos aspectos: el texto transmitido en la tradición ecdótica y la interpretación minuciosa de la documentación que ofrecen los autores antiguos.

  Following a methodology that combines historical and philological approaches, the authors of this chapter are conducting research on the inherent reality of certain Paleohispanic peoples in the context of the appropriate classical sources. Here we present a synthesis of the results obtained and we point at some future research perspectives in the field, underlining the importance of a methodological criterion that focuses attention on two main aspects: the text transmitted by means of textual criticism and the detailed interpretation of the writings of the ancient authors.
