Resumen de Theoretical and legal foundations of Administrative Law and administrative procedure: Ukraine
The implementation of the administrative reform is associated with the need to reform all fields and sectors of public life in Ukraine. At the same time, the reform of public administration is caused by the need to explore the peculiarities of management of such an important field of public life such as public service. Public service management is characterised, first of all, by the subjects, i.e. special enforcement authorities or divisions of state bodies that are competent for the definition, support and implementation of legal, organisational and procedural principles of the organisation and functioning of public service.
