  • This chronicle is devoted to actual amendments of the administrative law occurred in 2009 in the field of use of natural resources and environmental protection, and state antimonopoly control in Russia. Are presented the main changes in the Code of administrative offenses of the Russian Federation and in the federal laws in the field of use of natural resources and environmental protection, and the protection of competition. In the field of subsoil use, some administrative disputes are presented and directions for improving administrative law are proposed. As concerns the analysis of antimonopoly amendments, attention is paid to changes in public control procedures, the order of determination of companies' dominant position on the market and the order of state aid control.
