« The Part of Dream in the Simone de Beauvoir�s Works » From a comparison between dream and litterary creation, this analysis determines the status of woman in the Beauvoir�s writing. Her work as her life let to guess two images of woman : the passionate one and the thoughtful one, the first being the other of the second. This theme is treated from the question of the other and of the death, according to the indication of the Hegel�s quotation, bore in epigraph of She Came to Stay : « any consciousness pursues the death of the other ».

À partir d'une comparaison entre le rêve et la création littéraire, l'article s'intéresse à la place de la femme dans l'écriture de Simone de Beauvoir. Son �uvre comme sa vie laissent entrevoir deux images de la femme : la femme enflammée et la femme réfléchie, l'une comme l'envers de l'autre. Ce thème est traité à partir de la question de l'autre et de la mort, en suivant l'indication de la phrase de Hegel, placée en exergue de L'Invitée : « chaque conscience poursuit la mort de l'autre ».
