    This article is interested on the study of the aesthetics of the development discourse of the subject�s consciousness Leon in La Modification by Michel Butor in a semiotic perspective. Recalling that this novel is the story of a transformation process that affects the project, the representations and perceptions of the character, but also writing the novel itself, whose case we are interested in our work. Based on the unprecedented use of the second person plural «you», we describe the time complexity of the novel, and his sentence structure. We clear the isotopy mythical novel by a parallel with the myth of Orpheus.

    Cet article s'intéresse à l'étude de l'esthétique de la mise en discours de la conscience du sujet Léon dans La Modification de Michel Butor dans une perspective sémiotique. Rappelons que ce roman est l'histoire d'un processus de transformations qui affecte les projets, les représentations et les perceptions du personnage, mais aussi l'écriture du roman lui-même, dont le cas nous intéresse dans notre travail. Partant de l'usage inédit de la deuxième personne du pluriel le « Vous », nous décrivons le nouveau statut de la description et la complexité temporelle du roman, ainsi que ses structures phrastiques. Nous dégageons l'isotopie mythique du roman en faisant un parallélisme avec le mythe d'orphée.
