Formación de valores en los centros preescolares de la UPEL-IPB

    Partiendo de las necesidades de desarrollo pleno del individuo como verdadero ser humano, la educación en valores, como factor urgente de calidad de enseñanza, constituye hoy día una verdadera herramienta necesaria para la formación de ciudadanos aptos emocional, psicológica y espiritualmente, con actitudes positivas ante el mundo que las rodea, así como también ávido de potenciales individuales, de grupo y, al mismo tiempo, con mejor calidad en relaciones e interacciones colectivas. En tal sentido, la investigación tiene como propósito el diseño de un manual dirigido a docentes del Nivel de Educación Inicial para fomentar valores en el período de actividades colectivas en niños y niñas de seis años de edad. Para tales efectos, esta investigación se ubicó en la modalidad de proyecto especial, cuya población objeto de estudio la constituyó un total de treinta (30) docentes adscritos a los Centros de Preescolar de la Universidad Pedagógica Experimental Libertador-IPB, a quienes se les aplicó un instrumento de investigación estructurado con veinte (20) ítems referidos a la actualización, nivel de formación y la actuación mostrada por el docente durante la jornada diaria con relación a la formación de valores. Los resultados obtenidos de la presente investigación, permitieron evidenciar la imperiosa necesidad presente en los docentes del Nivel de Educación Inicial adscritos a los Centros Preescolares de la Universidad Pedagógica Experimental Libertador-IPB de actualizar sus conocimientos teóricos-prácticos relacionados con la formación de valores; de allí que resulte factible su actualización a través de un manual dirigido a los docentes de Educación Inicial, para fomentar valores en el período de actividades colectivas orientadas a tratar todos los tópicos posibles en torno al tema.

    Leaving of the necessities of the individual' s full development like true human being, the education in securities, as urgent factor of teaching quality, constitutes a true necessary tool nowadays for the emotional, psychological formation of capable citizens and spiritually, with positive attitudes before the world that surrounds him as well as avid of individual potentials, of group and at the same time with better quality in relationships and collective interactions. In such a sense, the investigation has as purpose the design of a managed Manual to educational of the Level of Initial Education to foment securities in the period of collective actives in children and six year-old girls. For such goods this investigation was located in the modality of special project whose population study object constituted it a total of thirty (30) educational attributed to the Centers of Preschooler of the Experimental Pedagogic University Liberator-IPB to who where applied an investigation instrument structured with twenty (20) articles referendums to the upgrade, formation level and the performance shown by the educatiomil one during the daily day with relationship to the formation of securities. The obtained results, of the present investigation allowed, to evidence the imperious present necessity in the educational of the Level of Initial Education attributed to the Centers Preschooler of the Experimental Pedagogic University Liberator- IPB of upgrading their theoretical-practical knowledge related with the formation of securities; of there that it is feasible their upgrade through a managed manual to the educational of Initial Educational to foment securities in the period of collective activities guided to treat all the possible topics around the topic.
