    En este trabajo reconstruimos las relaciones de poder que se tejieron en el interior de la cárcel de Villa Devoto, donde fueron concentradas mil doscientas detenidas políticas durante la última dictadura militar argentina (1976-1983). Por un lado, nos interesa mostrar cómo en ese espacio se engarzaron los regímenes punitivos y las formas de �resistencia� de las militantes detenidas. Y, por el otro, cómo se delinearon determinados grupos de mayor jerarquía política y simbólica que configuraron mandatos partidarios para vivir la experiencia carcelaria.

    In this article, we reconstruct the power relations that were woven inside Villa Devoto Jail, where more than 1,200 political prisoners were concentrated during the last military dictatorship in Argentina (1976-1983). On the one hand, we show how, in this space, the penal regimes and the forms of �resistance� of the detained militants became intertwined. And on the other, we examine how the political and symbolic hierarchy among different groups was determined and how this, in turn, shaped the partisan mandates in which the prison experience was lived.
