    Se estudia detalladamente, por primera vez, la sección de Can Casanyes, Macizo del Garraf, de edad Aptiense inferior-medio. Se han reconocido ocho especies de ammonoideos. Estas especies se han analizado, desde un punto de vista bioestratigráfico, reconociéndose la biozona Dufrenoyia furcata, subzona Cheloniceras meyendorffi, parte alta del Aptiense inferior, y la biozona Epicheloncieras martini, parte baja del Aptiense medio.

    The Lower-Middle Aptian Can Casanyes section located in the Garraf Massif, for the first time has been studied in detail. Eight species of ammonoids were recognized. The biostratigraphic analysis of these specimens has permited the identification of the Dufrenoyia furcata zone and the Cheloniceras meyendorffi subzone that correspond to the uppermost Lower Aptian, and the Epicheloncieras martini-zone, which is lowermost Middle Aptian in age.
