Resumen de Satisfacción del estudiante y calidad universitaria: un análisis explicatorio en la unidad académica multidisciplinaria agronomía y ciencias de la Universidad Autónoma de Tamaulipas, México.

Es necesario apuntar que la satisfacción del estudiante es el eje central de todos los procesos que se llevan a cabo en las universidades pues su principal función sustantiva es la docencia centrada en él. La calidad de las instituciones educativas puede ser observada desde distintos puntos, sin embargo es necesario interrogar al estudiante pues es quien recibe la educación y las consecuencias de la calidad de la misma. En este estudio se le interrogó al estudiante sobre su perfil para determinar su óptica, así mismo sobre la actitud del profesor y la planeación docente de la asignatura, como también los servicios que recibe de la universidad a través de la carrera a la que está inscrito. Y finalmente se le pidió que repartiera 100 puntos entre los distintos apartados de la encuesta para determinar la importancia que le da los servicios que recibe. Sin duda se puede afirmar que es la actitud del profesor la que sobresale en el interés del alumno, lo cual es demostrado al hacer los cálculos correspondientes. Al determinar las variables que más influyen en la satisfacción de cada uno de los apartados se puede concluir que: Los factores más importantes a la hora de determinar que un estudiante este satisfecho con la actividad docente es la Actitud del Profesor, en la planeación docente de la asignatura que sea adecuada la Revisión de los Exámenes. El factor más importante en la UAMAC es la Condición de la Aulas y, finalmente, para la satisfacción con la UAT lo más importante es la Adecuación e Información que se da de los Servicios que esta presta.

It is necessary to point out that the satisfaction of the student is the central axis of all the processes that are carried in the universities then their main substantive function is teaching centered in him. The quality of the educative institutions can be observed from different points; nevertheless it is necessary to interrogate the student because it is the one who receives the education and the consequences of the quality of the same one. In this study it was interrogated to him to the student on its profile to determine its optics, also on the attitude of the professor and the educational planning of the subject, like also the services that receive from the university through the race to which he is enrolled. And finally it was requested to him that it distributed 100 points between the different sections from the survey to determine the importance that gives the services him that receive. Without a doubt it is possible to be affirmed that it is the attitude of the professor the one who excels in the interest of the student, which is demonstrated when doing the corresponding calculations. When determining the variables that influence more in the satisfaction of each one of the sections can conclude that: The most important factors at the time of determining than a student this satisfying with the educational activity is the Attitude of the Professor, in the educational planning of the subject that is adapted the Revision of the Examinations. The most important factor in the UAMAC is the Condition of the Classrooms and, finally, for the UAT satisfaction the most important is the adjustment and information of it services.
