Teorías implícitas de la enseñanza: estudio comparativo entre una muestra de docentes de la Facultad de Psicología y docentes de otras instituciones

    En este estudio comparamos las teorías implícitas de enseñanza de docentes vinculados institucionalmente a una Facultad de Psicología con docentes adscritos a otras instituciones. Se realizó un estudio autoinformado con la participación de 83 docentes vinculados institucionalmente a la Facultad de Psicología y 377 vinculados a otras instituciones. Los resultados nos indican la existencia de diferencias estadísticamente significativas entre el profesorado participante en el estudio, con las repercusiones que es necesario considerar en el proceso de elaboración del Plan Docente de cada institución.

    In this study, we compare the implicit theories of education of those teachers institutionally linked to a Faculty of Psychology with teachers attached to other institutions. A self-report study was carried out with the participation of 83 teachers institutionally linked to the Faculty of Psychology and 377 teachers linked to other institutions. The outcomes indicate the existence of statistically significant differences between the teaching staff participating in the study, along with the repercussions that should be considered in the design process of the syllabus for each institution.
