    The management of the imaginary by the organization constitutes a crucial element in the creation of the strategy and in the harmonization of the members of the organization’s behaviors. The management using the storytelling is often confronted to discourses issued from science fiction. They have to be assimilated and filtered by different methods to ensure the optimal functioning of the organization, evolving in the middle of markets that must be decrypted and regularly analyzed to ensure the prosperity of the company or of the organization. The theory of economic cycles is here appreciated because it is about the reactivation of new economic cycles by an alternative imaginary developed out of the dominant system, that is reactivated at the end of crises under the impact of an imaginary mature enough to become an element of management and of leadership for the new system emerging of the crisis.

    La gestion de l’imaginaire par l’organisation constitue un élément crucial dans la création de la stratégie et dans l’harmonisation des comportements des membres de l’organisation. Le management utilisant le storytelling est souvent confronté à des discours issus de la science-fiction qu’il faut assimiler et filtrer par différentes méthodes assurant le fonctionnement opti­mal de l’organisation, évoluant au milieu de marchés qui doivent être décryptés et analysés ré­gu­lière­ment afin d’assurer la prospérité de l’entreprise ou de l’organisation. La théorie des cycles économiques est ici appréciée dans la mesure où il est question d’une réactivation de nouveaux cycles économiques par un imaginaire alternatif développé à l’écart du système do­mi­nant, qui se réactive à la fin des crises sous l’impact d’un imaginaire devenu suffisamment mature pour devenir un élément de management et de leader pour le nouveau système émer­geant de la crise.
