    L'autor d'aquest article no és un defensor de les drogues, sinò del seu control, ordenament i correcte tractament de les mateixes do-nades les terribles conseqüències que té el fet d'haver-les deixat al capritx d'unes poques màfies que controlen tot el mercat negre de la droga mundial. Els efectos d'allò que s'anomena la Llei seca redux no poden ser més perversos si ens adonem que en voler girar els ulls a la realitat del present el que fem és deixar que la corrupció vagi introduïnt-se paulatinament dins del nostre sistema públic de proteccions. Tot analitzant cada una de les substàncies que lliurement van enfonsant les nostres garanties com a membres d'un estat de dret, l'autor fa una crida a pensar quins són els reptes de la legalització i quins factors d'un sistema legal de consum podríen afavorir a la nostra societat.

    The author of this article is not an advocate of drugs, but of its control, order and proper treatment given the terrible consequences that has the fact of having left them to the whim of the few criminal groups controling the whole global black market of drugs. The effects of what is called the Dry Law redux can't be more perverse when we realize that in trying to close our eyes to the present reality what we are actually doing is letting corrpution to gradually introduce in our public protections system. By analyzing each of the substances that are freely sinking our guarantees as members of a state of law, the author appeals to considering the challenges of legalization and what factors of a legal system of consumption could favor our society
