    En el presente trabajo se analiza el problema de los diferentes derechos de naturaleza política –expresión, reunión y asociación– a los miembros de los Ejércitos durante los siglos XIX y XX y las limitaciones que, en cada momento, les fueron impuestas por el legislador en razón de las misiones encomendadas a la institución militar. Durante el periodo analizado España sufrió fuertes tensiones políticas que tuvieron su reflejo en la vida militar y que obligaron a los diferentes legisladores a tratar esta cuestión a fin de controlar un problema que podría alterar la debida disciplina castrense.

    In the present work there is analyzed the problem of the different rights of political nature –expression, meeting and association– to the members of the Armies during the XIXth and XXth century and the limitations that, in every moment, were imposed by the legislator in reason of the missions entrusted the military institution. During the analyzed period Spain suffered forts political tensions that had his reflection in the military life and that forced the different legislators to treat this question in order to control a problem that might alter the due military discipline
