Resumen de Las redes sociales: concepción, bondades y limitaciones

Los seres humanos como entes sociales, forman redes desde sus inicios evolutivos, constituyendo un nuevo paradigma social que ha sido denominado "REDES SOCIALES", las cuales se estarían estableciendo como herramienta de participación comunitarias para elevar el nivel de conocimiento, aprendizaje, experiencia, comunicación así como de toma de decisiones, lo cual no sería otra cosa que el Poder Popular. A pesar de que la ciudadanía está en conocimiento de los mecanismos tradicionales, representados en las Instituciones Públicas del Estado para resolver los problemas propios de su entorno, no ha sido capaz de comprender el alcance de la construcción de estas como una herramienta efectiva de participación, tanto para el desarrollo propio, como del colectivo. A través del trabajo de campo, de investigadores inmersos en la temática de redes sociales, así como, de una revisión documental, normativas legales y bibliografías consultadas, se pretende obtener los criterios que fundamenten las mismas como alternativa en el fortalecimiento del Poder Popular. Este artículo pretende dirigir su comprensión hacia el fenómeno emergente de las Redes Sociales, los resultados que se esperan de la investigación, giran en torno a la concientización y sensibilización de la sociedad, como factor alternativo de cambio apuntándose a las mejoras, tanto inmediatas como eficaces a los problemas del entorno y el valor e importancia del poder popular.

The human beings like social beings, form networks from their evolutionary beginnings, constituting a new social paradigm that has been denominated SOCIALES NETWORKS; which would be settling down like tool of participation communitarian to elevate the level of knowledge, learning, experience, communication as well as of decision making, which would not be another thing that the Popular Power. Although the citizenship is in knowledge of the traditional mechanisms, represented in the Public Institutions of the State to solve the own problems of its surroundings, he has not been able to include/understand the reach of the construction of these like an effective tool of participation, as much for the own development, like of the group. Through work of field, of immersed investigators in the thematic one of social, as well as, of a consulted revision documentary, normative networks legal and bibliographies, it is tried to obtain the criteria that base the same like alternative on the fortification of the Popular Power.
This article tries to direct its understanding towards the emergent phenomenon of the Social Networks, the results that are expected of the investigation, turn around the awareness and sensitization of the society, like alternative factor of change scoring at the improvements, immediate as much effective to the problems of the surroundings and the value and importance of the popular power.
