La orientación educativa ante los problemas de ciberconvivencia: desarrollo y aplicación de un programa de formación on-line en prevención, detección y abordaje del "ciberbullying" en el IES Catadau

    La inclusión y el progresivo desarrollo de las nuevas tecnologías han abierto nuevos horizontes respecto a los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje en nuestras “escuelas 2.0”. Sin embargo, también han diversificado los medios en los que se generan conflictos y, a su vez, los ámbitos en los que intervenir desde los Departamentos de Orientación.

    Por tanto, formar para prevenir y, en su caso, detectar y abordar situaciones de acoso a través de redes sociales se convierte en una actividad que se debe integrar en el quehacer profesional de los orientadores. El presente artículo describe el diseño y la aplicación de un programa de formación on-line desarrollado en el IES Catadau, durante el curso 2010-2011. El programa multimedia (vídeos, e-books, enlaces web, etc.), estructurado en cuatro entregas e implementado a través del blog del Departamento, mejoró la percepción de competencia, de todos los agentes implicados, en la prevención de problemas ocasionados por el mal uso de las TIC (ciberbullying, sexting y grooming) y puso de manifiesto la satisfacción y eficacia de la formación on-line en la promoción de la ciberconviencia.

    The incorporation and the progressive development of the new technologies have opened new horizons respect to the training and learning process in our “schools 2.0”. Nevertheless they have also diversified the means in which there are generated conflicts and, in turn, the areas in which the educational psychology services of secondary schools need to intervene. Therefore, train to prevent and, in this case, to detect and to take on situations of harassment across social networks become an activity to integrate in the professional occupation of educational psychologists. The present article describes the design and the application of a program of on-line training developed in the Secondary School of Catadau, during the course 2010-2011. The multimedia program (vídeos, e- books, web links, etc.), structured in four parts and implemented via blog of the Department, improved the perception of competition, of all the parts involved, for the prevention of problems caused by the poor use of the New Communications and Information Technologies NCIT (cyberbullying, sexting and grooming) and it revealed the satisfaction and efficiency of the on-line training in the promotion of the peaceful cybercoexintence.
