    Aquest text aborda l¿especial relació que existeix entre l¿art i la ciutat. A partir de les pràctiques artístiques de les neoavantguardes dels anys seixanta i setanta, sobretot el minimalisme i la performance, es desenvolupen una sèrie de preocupacions que comencen a qüestionar l¿objecte artístic i les institucions com a lloc expositiu. Així, la conquesta de l¿espai i el lloc situa el naixement del concepte de l¿art site-specific.

    Aquest text planteja la possibilitat de veure la fotografia urbana recent dins l¿art contemporani, amb artistes com Beat Streuli, Thomas Struth, Olivo Barbieri, etc., com una de les manifestacions de la documentació del lloc de l¿art site-specific.

    This text approaches the special relationship that exists between art and the city. From the artistic practices of the neoavantgarde of years sixty and seventy, especially minimalism and the performance, a series of concerns are developed that start to question the artistic object and the institutions as an exhibition place.
