Entre 1971 y 1979 se gesta la Bioética como campo del conocimiento y se fijan los cuatro principios originarios que la vertebran, los principios de autonomía, justicia, beneficencia y maleficencia. Estos principios nacen bajo el sesgo de la moral anglosajona protestante y se aplican fundamentalmente a la clínica. A medida que este campo del conocimiento cruza las fronteras y se abre a nuevos temáticas y culturas, aparecen nuevos principios que reflejan otros valores y preocupaciones. Son los principios no originarios, formulados desde una perspectiva holística de la Bioética. El objeto de este trabajo es analizar la interrelación entre dichos principios, estudiando su sentido y significado así como el contexto científico, socioeconómico y político en que aparecieron.

From 1971 to 1979 Bioethics is in preparation as a field of knowledge and four original principles are then fixed: the principles of autonomy, justice, beneficence and non-maleficence. This beginning is born under the bias of the Anglo-Saxon Protestant morality and is applied fundamentally to the clinic. As far as this field crosses the borders and is opened to different matters and cultures, there appear news principles that reflect other values and worries. It refers to the not originating principles of Bioethics formulated from a holistic perspective. The aim of this work is to analyze their interrelationship by exploring their meanings as well as the scientific, socioeconomic and political context in which they appeared.
