Se ofrece una traducción del poema ―Semáforos, semáforos‖ de 1989. En una breve introducción, se propone que el poema tiene mucho en común con la ba-llad británica, forma que inspira otro poema de Siles, ―Balada del puente de Co-lonia‖. Se incluye un breve análisis del poema y de las estrategias de traducción y de la métrica empleadas.

This is a translation of Jaime Siles‘s 1989 poem, ―Semáforos, semáforos‖. In the brief introduction to the text and translation, it is argued that the poem has much in common with the English and Scottish ballad, a form which inspired another of his poems, ―Ballad of the Cologne Bridge‖. A brief analysis of the po-em and the translation strategies and the metre used is included.
