El artículo explora, más desde la experiencia de la escritura creativa que desde la reflexión académica, aunque con algunos apoyos teóricos, aspectos relacionados con el acto de escribir poesía: la gestación del poema, el tipo de pensamiento que rige sus imágenes, la búsqueda de la musicalidad, la presencia de elementos arquetípicos y la posible función catártica y terapéutica de dicha escritura

This paper explores, from the perspective of creative writing rather than from an academic reflection, although with some theoretical support, some aspects concerning the act of poetry writing: the gestation of a poem, the kind of thought that governs its images, the search for musicality, the presence of archetypical elements and the arguable cathartic and therapeutic functions of such writing
