    Este artículo analiza el fenómeno del terrorismo en todas sus circunstancias. La persona que es víctima clama justicia, y es objeto de un pavor incontrolable que se trasmite a las grandes masas. El terrorista es evasivo y anónimo, despliega su fuerza a nivel táctico, estratégico y político, provocando múltiples tipos de víctimas. Los actos terroristas tienen algunas características comunes: La clandestinidad, su carácter de desafío, su organización. Se consideran tres tipos de terrorismo: el sistemático o discriminatorio, el indiscriminado o aleatorio y el étnico-nacionalista.

    La justicia que clama la víctima no debe entenderse como venganza, sino revestida de memoria, va enfocada a la redención; según el pensamiento de W. Benjamin. No la reparación del daño, sino la responsabilidad en lo que hay por hacer y evitar.

    This article analyses the phenomenon of terrorism in all his circumstances. The victim clamors for justice, and is object of an uncontrollable dread which transmits to the great mass of the population. Terrorist is evasive and anonymous, spreads his force at a tactic level, strategic and political, inducing multiple types of victims. The terrorist acts have some common characteristics: to work underground, to challenge, and his organization. There are three kinds of terrorism: systematic, random and ethnic.

    The justice which is cried out for the victim not will be understood like revenge, but faced with memory, will be focus on redemption, according to W. Benjamin. Not redress of damages, but responsibility in what to do and what to avoid.
