Resumen de Una aproximación al delito de "lesa majestad" cometido por mujeres en Córdoba de Tucumán, 1790-1793

En este trabajo indagaremos en la práctica judicial llevada adelante en la ciudad de Córdoba, con respecto a los casos de "lesa majestad" divina y humana en los que se vieron involucradas cuatro mujeres a finales del siglo XVIII, que convivieron en la cárcel de la ciudad. En este sentido pensamos que el abordaje de la microhistoria de personajes menudos comunica mejor las realidades sociopolíticas de la Córdoba de entonces, y manifiestan cuestiones no solo ligadas al campo del derecho y la religión, sino también a la perspectiva de género.

In this paper we are going to investigate the judicial practice carried out in the city of Cordoba, with regard to the cases of divine and human "lèse majesté" in which four women were involved at the end of the 18th century and who lived together in the jail of the city. With regard to this we think that dealing with the microhistory of unnoticeable figures communicates the social-political situation of the Cordoba of those days in a better way. It also shows matters connected not only to the law and religion fields but also to the gender perspective.
