Blind People’s Association is a case which talks about the competitive employability of disabled students who are thoroughly trained in different areas but the society at large is reluctant to accept them at par with the non-disabled counterparts when it comes to providing jobs. In some areas the disabled students are even performing better than the other students with full ability. The case tries to focus on the issue of strategic survival of the organization which not only believes in the philosophy of nurturing the disabled students and help them stand on their feet but also providing them a job platform from which they can get their livelihood for times to come.
