Reflexiones acerca de un aprendizaje complejo: la profesionalización docente

    Este artículo presenta algunas reflexiones en torno a significados que juegan un papel muy importante en el aprendizaje de la práctica profesional docente. En el recorte que se realiza en esta oportunidad se hace referencia a significados inscriptos en el cuerpo/sujeto de estudiantes de un Instituto Terciario de Formación Docente. En el desarrollo se sostiene que existe una corporalidad constituida por discursos y prácticas sociales junto a una subjetividad atravesada por significaciones construidas históricamente. Desde este posicionamiento teórico, se identifican algunas inscripciones que aparecen naturalizadas en la última etapa de su proceso de formación y se reproducen en el discurso de las estudiantes, para quienes no es posible resignificar lo que les es ofrecido por sus docentes formadores hasta tanto no culminen sus estudios y puedan decidir por sí mismas.

    This article presents some thoughts about very important meanings when learning the practice of professional teaching. In this theoretical cut, it will be mentioned different meanings registered in the body/subject of the students from an Institute of Teachers. In the course of this work, the idea of a corporality built by speech and social practices within a subjectivity pierced by historically built meanings. From this theoretical point of view, some inscriptions that appear as naturalized in the last stage of their formation process can be identified, and they reproduce in the students� speech. For them, is not possible to redefine what is given to them by their own teachers, until they don�t finish their studies and can decide on their own.
