Uso del anapsos en el tratamiento de la faringo-amigdalitis crónica recidivante

    La faringoamigdalitits sigue siendo hoy en día, uno de los motivos de consulta más frecuentes. Diferentes tratamientos se han mostrado eficaces en el control de la sintomatología, entre ellos antibióticos y antiinflamatorios. La capacidad moduladora de la respuesta inmune e inflamatoria del anapsos permite suponer que la utilización de este fármaco sería beneficiosa en el control de las faringoamigdalitis recidivantes.Con la finalidad de poner de manifiesto esta acción beneficiosa del anapsos se diseñó un estudio terapeútico, prospectivo, aleatorizado, con 49 pacientes afectos de faringoamigdalitis. Se aleatorizaron en dos grupos: grupo A (estudio) y grupo B (control). Los resultados obtenidos para la muestra estudiada demostraron una mejoría tanto clínica como analítica, estadísticamente significativa, para el grupo tratado con anapsos.

    The pharyngo-tonsillitis remains today one of the most frequent reasons for consulting. Different treatments have been effective in controlling symptoms, including antibiotics and anti-inflammatory. Modulating capacity of the immune and inflammatory anapsos suggests that the use of this drug would be beneficial in the control of recurrent pharyngitis. In order to highlight this beneficial action of anapsos therapeutic study was conducted, prospective, randomized, 49 patients with pharyngitis. Were randomized into two groups: group A (study) and group B (control). Results obtained for the study sample showed improvement both clinically and analytically, statistically significant for the group treated with anapsos.
