Resumen de Apropiación y privatización de tierras municipales en Andalucía: tres ejemplos malagueños (1750-1855)

el presente estudio pretende una primera aproximación al análisis del proceso de apropiación y privatización de las tierras municipales malagueñas -con especial atención a los casos de Antequera, Málaga y Archidona- desde mediados del siglo XVIII hasta 1855. He analizado las vías de privatización que intervinieron en este proceso: las enajenaciones de tierras públicas durante la segunda mitad del setecientos, los repartos carolinos, las usurpaciones, la fragmentación de términos, y las desamortizaciones de los primeros liberales (las ventas -real o a censo- en pública subasta, los repartos y las redenciones que hicieron posible la unificación de dominios).

The essay pretends to be an estimate about the course of the conversion and the transformation in private properties of the municipal lands in Málaga, especially in the cases of Antequera, Málaga and Archidona, from the middles of the eighteenth century to 1855. I have analyzed the ways of privatization that have been characteristics of this process: the alienation of the public lands in the second half of the eighteenth century; the distributions that took place during the Carlos III and Carlos IV´s reign; the usurpations and the fragmentation of municipal districts. I have considered too the alienations realized by the first liberal governments (the sales at auction, the distributions and the redemptions that made possible the unification of the domains).
