Resumen de Identidades migrantes en contextos de globalización: recursos digitales para su abordaje heurístico

This article analyzes some theoretical and methodological aspects implied in the studies of the contemporary migratory processes. Specifically, it considers the case of the expatriates from the affluent societies who decide to settle �temporary or permanently- in emergent economy countries. The article describes the ways in which globalization promotes the successive integrations of those immigrants in the arrival societies. It also studies the incidence, in the present world, of the expatriation in the collective identities of the involved historical actors. Finally, it draws some conclusions about the heuristic resources required for the research of this topic, particularly, the telematic documentation.

O presente artigo analisa alguns aspectos teórico-metodológicos implicados no estudo de processos migratórios contemporâneos. Considera, especificamente, o caso dos expatriados de sociedades afluentes que decidem radicar-se � em maneira transitória ou permanente � em países entendidos como de economia emergente. Descreve, portanto, as modalidades através das quais a globalização promove a integração sucessiva desses migrantes nas sociedades de chegada, e estuda o modo como, no mundo atual, a expatriação incide sobre as identidades coletivas dos atores históricos envolvidos. Por fim, propõe algumas conclusões sobre os recursos heurísticos necessários para a abordagem do tema, especialmente, a documentação virtual.
