The Law 16/1997 regulating community pharmacy services, and Consensus on Pharmaceutical Care establish a number of services that community pharmacy must offer to population, and that should come into a portfolio based on standardized working procedures that allow its external assessment and a continuous improvement process. A model of services portfolio to be developed in a community pharmacy is proposed below. The Law 16/1997 regulating community pharmacy services, and Consensus on Pharmaceutical Care establish a number of services that community pharmacy must offer to population, and that should come into a portfolio based on standardized working procedures that allow its external assessment and a continuous improvement process.
