El objetivo de las siguientes páginas es realizar una aproximación a la evolución interpretativa y las transformaciones conceptuales experimentadas en la perspectiva europea de España en relación con la construcción europea durante las últimas décadas. Para ello, consideraremos los cambios experimentados en la mirada historiográfica sobre Europa a partir de aquellos vectores de carácter simbólico que afectan a la percepción y el discurso sobre la relación España-Europa, tanto en cuando pueden ser entendidas también como trasunto del complejo ámbito de interacciones entre España y el proceso de integración europea iniciado en la segunda posguerra mundial

The aim of the following pages is to analyze the interpretative evolution and the conceptual changes underwent in Spain's European perspective in relation to European integration in the last decades. In order to achieve this purpose, we will consider the changes in European integration historiography from symbolic vectors that affect the perception and the discourse on Spain-Europe relationship; both when they can be defined as reflection of the complex field of interactions between Spain and the European integration process started in the Postwar World.
