    El descubrimiento de las empresas de internacionalización acelerada ha generado una importante cantidad de investigaciones durante los últimos quince años. Los estudios que se han ocupado de este tema han delimitado capacidades organizativas, sin embargo, no han profundizado en la estructura formal y las interrelaciones entre departamentos, por lo tanto, se aduce que todavía existe una �caja negra� con respecto a esta cuestión. Para responder a esta interrogante, se estudiaron sesenta y cuatro artículos relacionados con el tema. Mediante el enfoque de los recursos y capacidades, se propone que una estructura formal para born global es flexible y centralizada, se encuentra orientada hacia el aprendizaje organizativo y responde a las redes sociales de la empresa, orientándose hacia la innovación.

    The discovery of the existence of internationally accelerated companies has generated an important amount of research in the last fifteen years. Research on this field has defined organizational capabilities; however it has not dwelt in depth in formal structures and interdepartamental relations, as there is the belief that there is a �black box� around these matters. To answer this lack, 64 related published articles were studied. Through a resource and capabilities approach, a formal structure for born global is proposed. It is flexible and centralized, is oriented towards organizational learning, and answers to social networks within the company, focusing in innovation.
