Talking about the motivation of the linguistic sign, Saussure argued that «[�]: le signe peut être relativement motivé.». Actually, one of the aspects which has not been much examined by linguistics is the possibility of evaluating the signifier �potential� of a language as well. Thus, our study intends to decipher and preserve the phonic substance of the language and, most of all, what Sergio Cigada called �the non-systemic characters of the linguistic code�
