  • Employment projections from the Bureau of Labor Statistics are used to measure the demand for hotel and restaurant managers through the year 2005. Information is available to help hospitality program administrators assess the demand for graduates in their state and region, and suggestions are provided on how this information can be used to justify additional resources for growing hospitality programs.
