    • Western education is dominated by three educational concepts, each of which is associated with particular stakeholders. Our attempts to integrate these ideas within the hospitality curriculum fails to recognize their mutual incompatibility. Understanding this dilemma helps us to make clearer choices in our curriculum planning.
