"Los piratas asaltan el instituto". Análisis de una experiencia didáctica en 4º ESO

    Concentrar más de 100 años en unos pocos días era un proyecto en principio pretencioso pero muchas veces si los "cimientos" están bien hechos el resultado lo supera. Un grupo de alumnos conoció el mundo de la piratería y a su vez el contexto en el que se desenvolvían gracias al trabajo de los diferentes departamentos que fueron capaces de introducir los contenidos curriculares de sus materias en problemas o "búsquedas del tesoro". El gran tesoro que conseguimos fue potenciar la propia iniciativa del alumno y su capacidad de aprender por sí mismo.

    Although concentrating more than 100 years in a few days was a pretentious project in principle, it often happens that if the "foundations" are well constructed, the final product exceeds all expectations. A group of students got to know the world of piracy and, at the same time, the environment in which pirates lived, thanks to the work of teachers from the different Departments, who were able to introduce the syllabus of their subjects by solving problems or "treasure quests". The great treasure we obtained was the promotion of our students' own initiative and of their ability to learn by themselves.
