Resumen de La filosofia de l'exili d'Eduard Nicol

Aquest article és una recerca sobre la filosofia de l�exili d�Eduard Nicol. Partint del seu assaig El problema de la filosofía hispánica (1961) i de la fenomenologia de l�expressió nicoliana, es farà un recorregut entorn de les seves reflexions sobre els conceptes de «comunitat », «ethos», «filosofia» i «areté», tot contraposant-les amb algunes de les idees que apareixen a l�assaig d�Ortega y Gasset España invertebrada (1921). La comparació entre ambdós filòsofs servirà per comprendre les seves respectives posicions eticopolítiques de fons. Finalment, s�intentarà plantejar alguns dels punts de la filosofia nicoliana que, avui dia, encara poden tenir interès.

This paper is a research about Eduard Nicol's philosophy of exile. Taking the essay El problema de la filosofía hispánica (1961) and his fenomenology of expression as the starting points, the author will focuse on Nicol¿s reflections about concepts, such as «community», «ethos», «philosophy», and «arete»by way of opposing them to some of the ideas that appear in Ortega y Gasset's essay España invertebrada (1921). The comparison between both philosophers will be useful in order to understand their own deep, ethical and political positions.
Finally, the author will try to raise some issues of Nicol¿s thought that can be of interest nowadays.
