    The article searchs to reflect on the use of the technologies of t he information and the commu- nication in the syndical movement, approaching the conditio n imposed in its use for the leading elites of the workers: the TICs only as instrument of a force poli tics that if became hegemonic.

    This joint is made on the basis of professional experience with the syndical communication. As instrumental theoretician, we articulate the ideas of the rev olutionary potential of the medias presented already in the years the 70 for Enzensberger and pos sibilities of rizomáticos move- ments in the arteries of the capitalism defended by Deleuze anmovements with radical medias. Considering that the technol ogies are socialized, the excep- tions can consist in rules to depend on the social agents who wi ll be in the directions of the movements.

    O artigo busca refletir sobre a utilização das tecnologias da informação e da comunicação no movimento sindical, abordando a condição imposta na sua util ização pelas elites dirigentes dos trabalhadores: as TICs apenas como instrumento de uma for ça política que se tornou hegemônica. Esta articulação é feita com base em experiência profissional com a comunica- ção sindical. Como instrumental teórico, trazemos as idéias do potencial revolucionário das mídias apresentado já nos anos 70 por Enzensberger e as possi bilidades de movimentos rizo- máticos nas artérias do capitalismo defendidos por Deleuze e Guatarri, através de revoluções moleculares. O substantivo destas teorias está presente nos re latos de Downing sobre movi- mentos vitoriosos com mídias radicais. Considerando que as tecnologias estão socializadas, as exceções podem se constituir em regras a depender dos agent es sociais que estiverem nas direções dos movimentos.
