    En el presente trabajo se analizan los aspectos conceptuales, teóricos, técnicos y metodológicos acerca de la correcta formulación del Diagnóstico Territorial y de la correspondiente interpretación, para la determinación de la capacidad del Territorio para los diferentes usos, a la hora de planificar y gestionar los Sistemas Territoriales.

    Lan honetan Lurralde Diagnostiko egokia egin ahal izateko beharrezkoak diren arlo kontzeptual, teoriko, tekniko eta metodologikoak aztertzen dira. Horrez gain haiei dagokien interpretazioa ere aztertzen da Lurralde sistema planifikatzeko eta kudeatzeko, eta Lurraldeak erabilera ezberdinetarako duen gaitasuna zein den zehaztu ahal izateko.

    Approach to the formulation of Territorial diagnosis. The aim of this article is to analyze the conceptual aspects, the theory, methodology and the techniques to make a correct Spatial Diagnostic. Apart from that, those aspects will be analyzed to see how they influence in the Spatial Planning and its management and to specify the different uses that might have in the territory.
