    • Chilean Civil Code is the most influential codification of South America. Most civil codes on the subcontinent are dependent on it. This work focus on the sources of Chilean�s Civil Code definition of property, specially on its limits. It traces its origin back to the Siete Partidas and the Glossa and proposes some legal bases for the aplication of the Roman Theory of Immssio in South America.
