    En el s. XVI, en Praga, el sabio y rabino Maharal crea un Golem por medio de la magia de la Cábala. El material es el barro. El ritual de creación involucra recitar el Génesis y evocar los misterios transmitidos de generación en generación, desde la Señal. El ritual también incluye la repetición de los Nombres que todos temen pronunciar. Se trata, por tanto, de la repetición del propio acto creador de Dios, de la emulación de la creación de Adán, el primer hombre. Al Golem, son destinadas tareas heroicas. Después, cuando el hombre de barro comienza a demostrar señales de madurez espiritual, ha llegado la hora de deshacer la magia. Este artículo pretende, por tanto, por medio de la leyenda del Maharal y del Golem enriquecer la discusión sobre Creador-Criatura.

    In the 16th century, in Prague, the wise Rabbi Maharal created a Golem through the magic of Kabbalah. The material is clay. The creation´s ritual involves reciting the Genesis and evoking the mysteries handed down from generation to generation since the sign. The ritual also includes the repetition of the names that everyone feared to pronounce. It is, therefore, repetition of God's creative act itself, the emulation of the creation of Adam, the first man. Heroic tasks are reserved for the Golem. Then when the man of clay begins to show signs of spiritual maturity, it is time to undo the spell. This article therefore intends, through the legend of the Maharal and the Golem, to enrich the discussion of the Creator-Creature.
