  • Resumen
    • We need to give back the concept of cultural diversity its rightful and exceptional worth. It should be done through five points:

      ¿ Cultural: The cultural diversity only becomes what it is through the trial of this continual struggle on two fronts against the biodiversity and itself;

      ¿ Dynamic: Cultural diversity could not be static, fixed and accountable. It must be dynamic, and relentlessly so, failing this, it would be reduced to a dead form of patrimonial heritage;

      ¿ A response: Instead of being a ¿question¿, cultural diversity is the opposition between forces, which lead the world in opposite directions; it is the contradiction between ambiguous results;

      ¿ A project: That means a coherent project which, shared by a community of interests, is set to work by it in order to attain the ends fixed for itself.

      ¿ Which project? A theoretical project, which supposes re-examination of the multicultural, intercultural and plural issues within the present national, regional and multilateral frameworks; a legal project, able to answer current demands of diplomatic and multilateral commercial stages; and finally, a political project.
