    Aquest article pretén explorar les possibles implicacions polítiques que es troben en l'ús de les noves tecnologies com a nova forma de participació ciutadana. Com a conseqüència de l'ús actual que fem deis nostres telèfons móbils, deis nostres ordinadors o de qualsevol altre tipus de suport confeccionat per a la transmissió i recepció digital de dades, és possible començar a parlar d'una transformació de la noció de cultura, de comunicació o d'informació. Així ho fan sociólegs, historiadors, filòsofs o psicólegs quan pretenen explorar els viaranys de la vida contemporània. Té sentit, dones, augmentar el radi d'anàlisi i preguntar-nos si aquesta nova manera d'emprar la tecnologia presenta alguna relació amb la manera que tenim d'entendre la política i amb quipes conseqüències.

    The article tries to explore the possible political implications of the use of new technologies as a new form of civil participation. As a consequence of the current use we do of our mobile phones, of our computers or of any other type of support made for the digital transmission and receip of information, it is possible to start speaking about a transformation of the notion of culture, communication and information. It is done this way by sociologists, historians, philosophers or psychologists when they try to explore the paths of the contemporary life. It makes sense, then, to increase the radius of analysis and wonder if this new way of using technology presents some relation with the way that we have of undcrstanding the politics and with what consequences.
