El posmodernismo, queramos o no, ha incrustado infinidad de preocupaciones e incertidumbres en la metodología de las investigaciones de campo. El siguiente texto es un experimento narrativo sobre cómo lidiar con estos preceptos posmodernos, con los obstáculos que ocasiona y las herramientas que proporciona. Geertz fue y seguirá siendo uno de los principales promotores del posmodernismo en la antropología, y quien mejor que él para explicarnos y guiarnos antes esta compleja realidad.
