Resumen de Il diritto penale societario dopo le riforme: otto anni di giurisprudenza della Corte di Cassazione
This article presents an empirical study of Italian Supreme Court decisions issued after 2002 reform of article 2621-2639 of the Italian Civil Code. The case-study clearly shows the weakness of the actual criminal system in this respect, and the need of a new reform.
