El apoyo europeo a las Redes Iberoamericanas de cooperación judicial a la espera de los Acuerdos de Asociación subregionales entre la Unión Europea y América Latina y el Caribe

    La proliferación de negociaciones que tiene lugar en la actualidad para la firma de nuevos acuerdos interregionales parece no haber llegado a la cooperación judicial, especialmente en el ámbito geográfico comprendido entre la Unión Europea y América Latina y el Caribe. Mientras tanto, el viejo continente, en su ya acostumbrada manifestación de cooperación institucional, promueve programas de ayuda tanto financiera como técnica a las redes de cooperación judicial en las que participan dos de sus Estados miembros con el resto de América Latina: España y Portugal. Hablamos, sobre todo, del apoyo europeo a IberRed y su entramando de mecanismos judiciales.

    The proliferation of negotiations that has been taking place for the signing of new interregional agreements seems not to have reached the judicial cooperation, especially in the geography between the European Union and Latin America and the Caribbean. Meanwhile, the old continent, and its manifestations of institutional cooperation promotes aid programs both financial and technique to buil networks of cooperation in which two of its Member States participate with the rest of Latin America: Spain and Portugal. We talked, especially, of the European support to IberRed and its network of judicial mechanisms.
